Controls are an integral part of any heat trace circuit or system where the control of multiple circuits is crucial to system performance. Mechanical thermostats are capable of handling most heat trace applications ranging from freeze protection to certain process applications. Control panels & distribution panels are capable of handling large numbers of heat trace circuits in one convenient enclosure. They can be equipped with certain features to alert field personnel of individual circuit issues or register high/low values. They can also be pre configured with GFEP for additional protection against ground fault leakage.

The TF115 ambient sensing thermostat is designed to sample temperature changes in the air. The TF115 can be used in a wide range of heating applications and can serve as a high limit backup for "sensitive" applications. TRF115 LINE SENSING THERMOSTAT

The TRF115 line sensing thermostat is designed to sample temperature changes through a remote sensing probe (bulb). This is typically achieved on process pipes, tank walls, hoppers, gutter/downspouts, etc. The TRF115 can be used in a wide range of heating applications and can serve as a high limit backup for "sensitive" applications. A419 DIGITAL THERMOSTAT

The A419 thermostat is an electronic temperature control which can be programmed through a lockable user interface. The large LCD panel gives the user visual readouts of control functions including sensed temperature. The A419 comes standard now with 6.5 ft. of sensor wire for line sensing mode or clips to the bottom of the housing for ambient mode. The AIC is a universal snow and ice detector used to control snow melting heaters. Controller operates heaters during snowfall or icing conditions. RSD 4.5 SNOW MELTING CONTROLLER

The RSD 4.5 is a snow melting system controller which utilizes remote moisture and temperature sensors. Controller operates heater during icing conditions. The system operates only when ice or melt runoff water is detected. System can be manually operated, or is fully automatic. Control panel has indicators to allow visual confirmation of automatic enabled mode and indicate when the heater is on. The RSD 4.5 has an integral 35A contactor built-in which covers most snow melting applications. Other contactors can be configured with the RSD up to 75A.
