Mineral Insulted or MI heater cables are seamless die drawn cables that are made to specified lengths and can withstand exceptionally high exposure temperatures unlike most soft cables. MI cables come in many forms, however most cables are either Alloy 825 or copper sheathed. MI cables can also be extruded with a HDPE jacket for further protection. MI cables are ideal for high temperture applications and or certain processes that experience high exposure temperatures. MI cables are completely watertight and are ideal for use in any number of aggressive environments. MI cables offer exceptional lifespans over virtually all other heater cables on the market and can be designed to accomodate any number of service voltages.
